| Took my car & looked at it & knew what was needed. Unfortunately, my car broke down late on a Friday afternoon and Dave closed @ 5:30p. If your a long time customer be prepared because he's no longer open on weekends. I'll still be a customer. I should keep up the work on my but I let it go for years. Money's short most of the time. You're awesome. |

| The quality of work and professionalism from the staff at Peninsula Automotive left me very impressed. I've struggled to find a good and honest VW shop for the last few years. I live about 45 minutes from the shop but it is totally worth the drive. I would highly recommend using Peninsula Automotive if your want good quality work on your VW. |

| I have a really nice 1969 VW Beetle that I had let sit for about 10 years. Because it was an unplanned hiatus, I hadn't prepared the bug for storage and it needed some love. I was referred to Dave by Capitol VW and had planned to have my Bug towed to Peninsula. Unfortunately, I ran into few snags with the tow as all four wheels on the bug were seized and it was in a very tight location. I called Dave and he made some recommendations regarding the tow and the car made it. The bug needed quite a bit of work, new brakes, drums, fuel tank, ignition switch, tune up with valve adjustment, tires, and a list of other fun stuff. While not inexpensive, the service was very reasonable and Dave did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the progress and any little snags. I highly recommend Dave and his team, they know air cooled VWs. Sharon was awesome as well. My bug now has an official service center! Thank you to the Peninsula Team! Don |

| Peninsula Automotive took care of me again - my alternator went out on my 1976 VW Wesite, and though the parts were difficult to source, Dave and Mike were able to appropriately modify the available parts to fit and work perfectly! Thanks guys! |

| Our 1987 Vanagon Westfalia Camper is a very important vehicle to us; a retired coup in our mid 60's. Restored by GoWesty in Los Osos, CA, we'd been looking for a local (South Bay Area) caring, competent, quality oriented, service company, for our Westy. We've found it in Peninsula Automotive. They've completed several repairs for us now and we've been very happy with their knowledge, thoroughness, and speed. Thanks to Dave and his team! |

| We have a 1990 VW Van and through the years I've had the van in different shops including 3 dealers. Not only do I find Peninsula friendly, but you just can't beat their quality work at a fair price. My recommendation is don't even think about taking your VW van to any place else. I took mine to someplace else and even though they talked a good job, I had to have the engine completely redone by Peninsula. |
